- How long does it take to ship? 
After order has been processed, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days when your order has been shipped with your tracking number.  Standard shipping is 3-4 business days. 
- Where do you ship?  
We ship only within the United States 
- How much does shipping cost?  
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders $50+.  A flat fee of $7 is charged for orders under $50.  
- Where are your shirts made?
All of our apparel are designed and manufactured in the United States.

- What is your return policy? 
We want you to be happy with your purchase.  However, if you need to return an item, please contact us at info@baby-pooch.com and we will initiate a return for you.  Returns can only be processed for items not worned with tags still in tact.  We allow returns, at no charge to you, for up to 10 days from your delivery date.  We will issue refunds back to the card tendered. 
- What are your care & washing instructions?  All care & washing instructions are properly labeled in each garment.  To properly care for your garment we recommend that you close all fastens when washing and place in a garment bag (which we will provide). For drying we recommend that you hang dry for best results.
