  • How long does it take to ship?
    • After order has been processed, you will receive an email within 1-2 business days when your order has been shipped with your tracking number. Standard shipping is 3-4 business days.
  • Where do you ship?
    • We ship only within the United States
  • How much does shipping cost
    • We offer free shipping on all domestic orders $75+. A flat fee of $7 is charged for orders under $75.
  • Where are your shirts made?
    • All of our apparel are designed and manufactured in the United States.
  • How can I contact Baby Pooch for questions or concerns?
  • What is your return policy?
    • We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please contact us at info@baby-pooch.com and we will initiate a return for you.
    • Returns can only be processed for items not worned with tags still in tact.
    • We allow returns, at no charge to you, for up to 10 days from your delivery date. We will issue refunds back to the card tendered.
  • What are your care & washing instructions?
    • All care & washing instructions are properly labeled in each garment. To properly care for your garment we recommend that you close all fastens when washing and place in a garment bag (which we will provide). For drying we recommend that you hang dry for best results.
